Sports Performance

LoCo Crossfit just opened a 3,000 square foot addition dedicated to sports performance and strength and conditioning right next door to the CrossFit box.  We have three lanes of indoor turf and will soon be installing netting for batting, pitching and field drills.  Our strength equipment is now housed in this facility and includes a monolift, belt squat machine, bumper plates, iron plates, accommodating resistance equipment, olympic lifting platforms, prowlers, tires, battle ropes, sandbags, sleds, dumbells, specialty bars, yokes, speed and agility equipment, and atlas stones.

Weightlifting

LoCo’s weightlifting team is comprised of men and women of all ages who are either full time weightlifters or use our programming to supplement their sport or CrossFit performance.  We love bringing new athletes into the fold and hope to see you soon!

$125/month – Full programming and access to the strength area with everything you’ll need to be a successful weightlifter. You’ll get access to open coaching hours 3 days per week and Sunday lift-off events.

$175/month – Same as above plus a one-on-one session every week.

$250/month – 4 individually coached sessions a week plus Sunday lift-off events with the team
