Located in Harpers Ferry, WV, fitness & nutrition consultant Vanessa Stolarski is a certified personal trainer via the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her focus is on short, but efficient full-body workouts via metabolic conditioning & weight training. Also a certified nutrition counselor via American Fitness Professionals & Associates & member of the Center for Mindful Eating, she founded The Locavore Project, a food movement that educates communities on the importance of clean eating inspired by Westin A. Price philosophies & farm-to-table cooking.
She has for the past five years participated in dozens of endurance races, mud runs and long-distance running events including Tough Mudder & elite heat Spartan races. She designed the obstacle course for Harpers Ferry’s first mud run event & has coordinated and designed boot camp programs tailored to executive groups for team-building and/or leadership training.
