Our Facility

Our box has everything you need to reach your fitness goals. Unlike standard gyms, you will not find wall-mounted televisions and rows of treadmills. We provide the equipment you need to make measurable gains in strength such as weights, pull up bars, battle ropes, tires and more. Experienced coaches lead all of our classes and coaches are always present during open gym hours to ensure your safety.

New Exercise Space

In addition to our box, we have a newly opened facility right next door. It is 3000 square feet of sports performance and strength and conditioning potential.

Sports Performance

In addition to indoor turf, we will soon have netting for batting, pitching, and field drills. If you are interested in team training, contact Coach Nate at nate@lococrossfit.com or Coach Josh at josh@lococrossfit.com.

Strength and Conditioning

Whether you need a platform for Olympic lifting or want to feel the burn with battle ropes, we have you covered with our new facility. In addition, we house all of our strength training equipment in this new space.

Weightlifting

Our weightlifting team welcomes men and women of all ages. Some of our team are full-time weightlifters while others use weightlifting as a complement to their overall CrossFit experience. We offer open gym hours as well as powerlifting classes. Check out our schedule for times and availability.
