Many CrossFit boxes require newcomers to participate in Fundamentals courses. This teaches them the basic exercises and proper form. However, just because you are new to a box does not always mean you are new to CrossFit. If you have enough experience, you may be able to test out of Fundamentals. If, however, we determine you would benefit from taking our Fundamentals courses, trust that it is for your safety. Shoot us an email before your visit to discuss your CrossFit experience so we can help you determine which classes would be best for you.
Drop-In or Sign Up
Drop-ins are welcome, or you can sign up for a membership. We are here to help you reach your CrossFit goals and we do not want to cause any delays on your CrossFit journey. Before signing up for a class, be sure to review our “CrossFit for Beginners” page. There you can find information on what to expect and learn more about our culture and etiquette. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Our Box vs. Your Box
No two CrossFit boxes are the same. You may find our CrossFitters do things differently than you are used to. Our atmosphere and music choices may also be a change of pace. While CrossFit LoCo may have a different feel than your previous box, we do not want you to be uncomfortable. If something bothers you, do not hesitate to let us know.
