We designed our boot camp program to help you get in the best shape of your life in a relatively short amount of time. Whether you are new to CrossFit or an experienced athlete, our boot camp program can propel your fitness to the next level.
What to Expect
Each boot camp class will start with a warm up and light stretching to get your body ready for an intense workout. Each class is small enough to ensure you can get one-on-one time with our coaches while allowing you to complete the workout at a pace that is comfortable for you. Because each individual’s fitness level varies, participants will complete the workout at different times. Our coaches can scale all boot camp workouts to match your current fitness level.
Our workouts will encompass a variety of training approaches to ensure a well-rounded experience and results. Participants should expect to perform:
- Bodyweight exercises
- Endurance and weight training
- Interval training
- Partner and team drills
Our boot camp classes are diverse and can encompass running, rowing, plyo, sandbags, and more.
Starting Boot Camp Out of Shape
As noted above, we can tailor all CrossFit workouts to meet an individual’s fitness level—even if you are starting from square one and have never lifted a weight in your life. You may need to use lighter weights or go at a slower pace than more experienced participants, but that should not intimidate you. Every CrossFit athlete had to start somewhere!
