CrossFit Barbell Club for Kids

Much like our other CrossFit Kids classes, barbell club helps teach kids how to use barbells and perform Olympic lifts. While they will not be lifting heavy like our adult athletes, they will learn proper form and technique. Barbell club focuses on the following:

  • Performing several Olympic lifts with proper form
  • Teaching skills to help develop better weightlifters
  • Helping young athletes improve their strength and confidence
